Lifting a 24-metre industrial tank: engineering, precision and safety |PARCITANK, S.A.|
At Parcitank, we continue to make progress on large-scale industrial projects that require thorough planning and precise execution. On this occasion, we are sharing the process of lifting a large industrial tank, 24 metres long, a key manoeuvre in its manufacturing phase.
Lifting this type of tank poses a significant technical challenge. Each step of the process is studied in advance to ensure the safety of the operation, the integrity of the structure and the correct coordination between the teams involved. From the preparation of the work area to the execution of the lift, the entire procedure is carried out under strict technical controls.
Once this manoeuvre is complete, the tank will move on to the next phase: cladding or plating, a fundamental process that provides the equipment with greater strength, durability and protection, adapting it to the specific conditions of its end use.
This project is an example of Parcitank's commitment to quality, applied engineering and industrial safety, as well as our team's ability to tackle large-scale technical challenges with efficient and reliable solutions.
We will continue to share the progress of our projects and the processes that make the development of high-level industrial infrastructure possible.
