MOVING TOWARDS DECARBONISATION: REPLACING FOSSIL FUEL LIFTING PLATFORMS WITH ELECTRIC ONES

This project, which falls under the line of aid for energy saving and efficiency measures in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector, with file number EAE19/21/0178, has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and managed by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) under the National Energy Efficiency Fund (FNEE), within the framework of the objective of promoting a cleaner and more sustainable economy.

The action has enabled the replacement of a fossil fuel-powered lifting platform, specifically diesel, with an electric lifting platform equipped with an automatic power cut-off system, thus contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and increased decarbonisation at the PARCITANK, S.A. facilities.
