Parcitank and Prevencontrol collaborate to improve preventive culture at work

Recently, Parcitank and Prevencontrol have collaborated to carry out an ambitious project that is enhancing leadership among their management and operational staff, PARCITANK's main challenge was to promote a proactive safety culture and the involvement of all company staff in creating a safer working environment.

Two 5-hour face-to-face safety leadership workshops were held for managers and operators. This project was specifically designed to address the challenges faced by the organisation in terms of safety at work. During the workshop, a number of exercises were carried out to get the messages across to the workers.

The engagement and active participation of the attendees validated the effectiveness of this approach. The workshop not only provided practical knowledge, but also contributed to increase the health and safety culture that PARCITANK is already working on.
